Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return and upcoming refund.
